Cure Excessive Sweating


Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a condition where a very small fraction of the people is affected with it. Estimated to about 1% of the population who suffer with it, it is an embarrassing condition that they do not make it less of a problem. Well, most people don't realize they have this condition so the proportion could be higher.

The reason why this is an important issue to those people who are under this condition is that it happens in spite of your temperament. Your body is attempting to regulate its own temperature whenever you sweat. The fact is that your body functioning does not control excessive sweating. It doesn't matter whether you are heated up or in a middle of an awkward situation. The basis is that some people have a Catch 22 effect: which means, they sweat too much because they get nervous about sweating. There are other causes that are common that some sufferers don't recognize. Some of these are nicotine in cigarettes, caffeine, beverages and food. There are some areas in the body in which excessive sweating is highly noticeable: hands, armpits, feet, and face are the regions that can make social circumstances uncomfortable.

Actually, there has been no known cause of hyperhydrosis yet. But some states that it has to do with nervous system disorder that stems from concerns with the brain function.
What's most concerning is not the sweating, but how it affects the life of a person. This condition keeps people from social interactions such as being in front of the crowd, having a job in very stressful and warm conditions, or even in a position where you are being interviewed. Limiting the amount of water intake is one remedy for these people to stop sweating excessively, but in turn, causes even more problems such as dehydration.

A number of remedies are available to help sufferers from this condition. But of course, consultation from a physician is still advised before you make choices. Aluminum chloride (hexahydrate) solution is a substance used in antiperspirants, and is best recommended for those with excessive sweating. Moreover, this may not be advisable for those who are hypersensitive to aluminum chloride, since this causes irritation. Additionally, excessive sweating of the hands and feet are not indicated with the use of this method.
